This week, we’re highlighting some of the critical medications in our bag that our crews carry and use in life-saving situations every day.

Epinephrine (Cardiac Arrest Epi)-
Used during cardiac arrest to help increase blood flow to the heart and brain and improve the chance of restoring a heartbeat.

Calcium Chloride-

What’s In the Bag Wednesday would be pointless without our incredible team behind it. The amount of knowledge, dedication, and training it takes to understand our equipment—and then use it to quite literally save lives—is unmatched.
