Request for Bids

Schuylkill Valley EMS DBA Northern Berks EMS is accepting Bids on the following equipment. Bids will be accepted in writing or email. Bidders must be able to fulfill all equipment requests in one bid to the following specifications. Bids should be itemized and list pricing to all optional items.

Two (2) twelve-lead Defibrillator / Monitor designed to be used by Advanced Life Support personnel who respond to cardiac emergencies. The monitor must be a self-contained device that completes the following tasks:
- A device that combines semi-automated and manual defibrillation
- Capnography with continuous waveform
- External pacing
- 12-lead electrocardiography
- ADAPTIVE biphasic technology waveform capable of delivering shocks at energy levels consistent with American Heart Association Guidelines.
Provide external Pacing between 40-170 PPM
- Must be able to transmit 12 lead EKG to local hospitals
- Blood Pressure Monitoring
- Protective carrying case
- 5 Batteries per Monitor
- External Battery Charger / Conditioner
- Battery Charger
- Must be compatible with other equipment owned by our Department

Optional Itemized lists
- Extended Warranty
- 5 year on site service plan
- Carbon Monoxide monitoring
- Temperature monitoring
- 1 case of defib/pacing pads
- Extra pulse Ox sensors
Please list all additional Add On to the monitor with pricing separate.

Two (2) External Chest Compression Systems that completes the following tasks

- Provide uninterrupted chest compressions according to the American Heart Association guidelines.
- Must be stored in a deployable backpack for easy deployment
- Must be battery operated
- Total of 4 Batteries
- Total of 2 Desktop Chargers.
- Must be compatible with other equipment already carried by Northern Berks EMS

Bids may be emailed to executivedirector@northernberksems.com or mailed to PO Box 625; Leesport, Pa. 19533. Northern Berks EMS has the right to reject bids on both the equipment and vendor after the research phase of the bid. All Bids must be received by August 15th 2018.
